By using DollarSketch Analysis Tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

2. License & Use
This is a single-user license. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the tool for personal trading analysis only.

3. Payment & Access
Access is granted after a one-time payment of $150. Credentials, bot, and training are released only after payment is confirmed. All payments are non-refundable once credentials are sent.

4. Risk Disclaimer
Trading involves substantial risk. The tool provides analysis and suggestions but does not guarantee profits. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

5. Data & Privacy
We do not store your trading data. All analysis is performed locally. Your credentials are verified locally and not transmitted.

6. Prohibited Use
You may not: share your credentials, reverse-engineer the tool, or use it for illegal activities.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access if terms are violated, without refund.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
